The Opportunity

As an Education Counsellor, you will become a trusted advisor to international students, supporting them from course selection through admissions, visa guidance, and post-enrolment support. You will represent StudyHub Pro with professionalism, empathy, and high standards — delivering both exceptional student experience and strong conversion outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver personalised education counselling based on students’ academic backgrounds, career goals, and visa pathways
Guide students through the end-to-end application process, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely submissions
Support students with information on universities, colleges, scholarships, and visa requirements
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with partner institutions
Manage student cases using CRM systems, ensuring structured follow-up and high-quality service delivery
Represent StudyHub Pro at education expos, webinars, and networking events
Achieve monthly enrolment and conversion targets with professionalism and strategic planning
Provide post-admission support to ensure students transition smoothly into study in Australia

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a candidate who brings confidence, professionalism, and ambition.

Required Qualities

Self-motivated, performance-driven, and highly organised
Strong communication and client relationship skills
Minimum 1 year experience in student counselling, education consultancy, or migration-related services (preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in education, Business, Marketing, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple student files efficiently
Fluent English communication (additional languages are a strong advantage)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment

📍 Location: Bangladesh Office Uttara Branch
⏰ Work Hours: Full-Time | Monday to Sunday |(Friday Close) 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM
